"This song was written on a walk between my house and a get-together downtown with my good friend Brenda. She suggested that I walk to our meeting to get more exercise. At first I was less than enthusiastic, but I ran into many friends and came up with this song. It's helped me appreciate the value of getting there…anywhere…at my own speed."
